Principais responsabilidades
Ensure the onboarding of new clients after the kick-off, in accordance with the contracted scope or specific requests, while complying with established governance and processes.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing technical and general demands related to financial statements.
Review the accounting closings performed by the team, ensuring compliance with technical, quality, deadline, and legal parameters.
Review and sign clients’ financial statements within the assigned portfolio, as well as review and sign, as the technical responsible professional, the annual ECD and ECF filings for clients under their responsibility.
Ensure the closing of clients classified under the Actual Profit (Lucro Real) tax regime, reviewing clients’ LALUR before submitting IRPJ and CSLL tax payment guides.
Develop the team’s capabilities for the execution of their activities by providing technical and behavioral training and guidance.
Evaluate, analyze, recommend, and implement process changes or innovations aimed at improving service quality or team performance.
Requisitos técnicos
MUST HAVE:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in people management
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Advanced/Fluent English (will be tested during the interview)
Experience with Accounting BPO companies
Knowledge of ECD, ECF, CPC standards, and LALUR calculation
Active CRC (Accounting Council registration)
NICE TO HAVE:
MBA in Controllership or Accounting
Experience using tools such as Domínio and SAP
