• Responsible for controlling, scheduling, and executing payments, ensuring compliance with deadlines, adherence to internal policies, and optimization of cash usage. 

• Monitor and control accounts receivable, ensuring proper classification, cash inflow predictability, and alignment with financial forecasts. 

• Actively participate in collections processes, defining strategies to reduce default, negotiate with clients, and improve the financial cycle. 

• Perform periodic bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies and ensuring the integrity of financial information. 

• Perform financial and accounting reconciliations within the company’s integrated systems, verifying source data versus postings and financial impacts on clients. 

• Support the company’s accounting process, assisting with the accounting entries and accounting-related demands. 

• Monitor the company’s financial and tax system integrations. 

• Lead initiatives to resolve issues related to operational and financial processes, aiming to minimize and correct identified risks and promote continuous improvement cycles. 

• Extract and analyze large datasets (data lake) and manage controls using data tools (Python, VBA, and SQL). 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. 

• Solid experience in financial routines, especially accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management. 

• Advanced knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and management reporting. 

• Experience with bank reconciliation and credit analysis. 

• Experience in financial process automation and use of NetSuite. 

• Knowledge of foreign exchange exposure will be considered a plus. 

• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of BI tools is a plus. 

• Analytical, organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills.
