Principais responsabilidades
Lead Handling and Qualification
Handle leads generated from channels, partnerships, events, and joint initiatives.
Conduct structured initial outreach.
Qualify and nurture opportunities to move them forward in the sales funnel.
Perform recurring and well-documented follow-ups.
Channel Operations Support
Support the daily execution of the Channels & SDR area.
Address recurring operational demands from partners.
Assist with channel activation initiatives (events, webinars, campaigns).
Act as the operational point of contact between partners and internal teams.
Pipeline and CRM Management
Maintain the CRM updated with complete and accurate data.
Properly link leads to partner accounts.
Track opportunities through to closing or disqualification.
Support the organization of reports and performance indicators.
Customer and Partner Experience
Ensure a consistent service standard.
Identify bottlenecks and risks in the process.
Gather feedback and report improvement opportunities to the coordination team.
Requisitos técnicos
Previous experience in SDR, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, or Commercial Support roles.
Strong organizational skills, follow-up discipline, and sense of prioritization.
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview).
Solid understanding of sales funnel management and lead qualification methodologies.
Ability to analyze pipeline data and generate basic performance reports.
