Principais responsabilidades
Lead payroll operations for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing aligned with legal and contractual requirements.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships, effective communication, and high-quality service delivery.
Manage client demands, define action plans, and ensure timely resolution of issues and requests.
Coordinate new client onboarding activities, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with established processes.
Ensure payroll inputs and required documentation are received and processed within deadlines.
Monitor payroll KPIs and operational metrics, providing insights and identifying improvement opportunities.
Requisitos técnicos
MUST HAVE:
Solid experience in Payroll operations and Brazilian labor legislation.
Previous experience leading teams and/or managing payroll operations.
Experience managing client relationships and handling multiple demands simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, time tracking, benefits, and payroll closing activities.
Experience with process improvement initiatives and operational KPIs.
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced English proficiency.
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience working in shared services, BPO environments, or payroll service providers.
Knowledge of payroll systems, especially Domínio.
Experience with NetSuite.
Experience leading client onboarding and implementation processes.
Experience with HR systems, automation initiatives, and process standardization projects.
