Principais responsabilidades

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our tech commerce platform, aligned with the company’s overallvision and goals.

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to understand industry trends, customer needs, and pain points.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather product requirements and translate them into clear product specifications and userstories.

  • Prioritize and plan product development initiatives, working closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery ofhigh-quality software releases.

  • Work with design and user experience teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that optimize user engagementand satisfaction.

  • Monitor key product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and new featuredevelopment.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align product launches, go-to-market strategies, and promotionalcampaigns.

  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies, industry best practices, and market trends related to tech commerce platforms, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.

  • Build strong relationships with customers, gather insights, and act as a product advocate to ensure customer satisfactionand success.

Requisitos técnicos

  • Broad experience in product management, preferably in the tech commerce or e-commerce industry.

  • Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development methodologies and tech commerceplatform architecture.

  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, industry standards, and best practices related to tech commerce platforms and e-commerce solutions.

  • Experience in defining product strategies, roadmaps, and successful product launches.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and driving customer satisfaction.

  • Willing to travel on missions.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
