Principais responsabilidades
• Manage international accounting and tax projects
• Customer service: proactively meet client needs
• Deliver high-quality results to clients according to project timelines
• Perform day-to-day activities in an organized, solution-oriented manner
• Record, classify, reclassify, accrue, and reverse accounting entries
• Provide support to internal areas by analyzing figures and ensuring proper account classification
• Analyze and reconcile balance sheet and P&L accounts, ensuring accuracy and reliability of information
• Manage document flow and monitor processes related to payables and receivables
• Prepare documentation and supporting reports; ensure documents are properly controlled and accessible
• Participate in international accounting projects using English and handle ancillary tax obligations
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, guidelines, procedures, and work instructions
Requisitos técnicos
MUST HAVE:
• Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview)
• Experience in the accounting field
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience in accounting project management
• Technical knowledge of IFRS
NICE TO HAVE:
• Experience in international accounting
• Experience managing a client portfolio
• Experience in team leadership and training assistants
