The Senior Finance and Investor Relations Analyst supports the Finance and Investor Relations Manager in the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy, investor communications, and commercial initiatives.
This position plays a critical role in building financial models, preparing persuasive presentations, managing special projects, and supporting capital market activities. It also acts as a project management officer (PMO) for department-specific initiatives, such as grant applications, incentive programs, and cross-functional financial projects.
The role combines analytical rigor with communication skills, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Principais responsabilidades
Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support decision-making.
Support preparing management, board, and investor presentations, ensuring persuasive and data-driven storytelling.
Support the execution of the Investor Relations strategy, ensuring consistent and value-driven communication.
Support the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial reports for the TSX.
Prepare press releases, corporate announcements, and investor communications highlighting successes and opportunities.
Support the Company’s vertical integration strategy, coordinating relationships across the value chain (separation, metals & alloys, magnets).
Assist in commercial initiatives and market intelligence projects, including the annual rare earth market study and carbon footprint analysis.
Coordinate applications for incentives, grants, and public funding, managing deadlines, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Lead or assist with ad hoc projects requiring cross-functional coordination (e.g., ESG-related studies, financial evaluations, or regulatory submissions).
Represent the F&IR area in internal and external meetings, demonstrating autonomy and accountability in project execution.
Provide operational and administrative support, including documentation control, and internal coordination.
Assist in maintaining organized workflows, ensuring the smooth execution of departmental activities.
Requisitos técnicos
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
Experience in investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance.
Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and capital markets.
Proven experience preparing executive presentations and investor materials.
Experience with grants, incentives, or financial structuring projects is highly valued.
Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
