• Identify root causes and opportunities for process improvement

• Conduct analyses and optimization initiatives (As Is / To Be, BPMN, VSM)

• Map and structure processes with a focus on efficiency and waste elimination

• Implement improvements and track results based on KPIs

• Lead alignment with stakeholders and support change management

• Develop and maintain documentation (flows, SOPs, playbooks)

• Conduct training sessions and support users in implementing improvements

• Manage the continuous improvement project portfolio (status, risks, and priorities)

• Support decision-making with data analysis and critical thinking

• Act as a reference in process management and promote best practices

MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields

• Solid experience of 2 to 4 years as a Process Analyst or in similar roles, with a focus on analysis and continuous improvement

• Experience in mapping and improving operational processes, as well as project management

• Advanced knowledge of process modeling tools (BPMN, Visio, etc.)

• Experience in project management and prioritization of initiatives, working within PMO environments

• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, including Six Sigma (DMAIC) and similar approaches

• Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview)

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience using project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Microsoft Project, Kanban, among others)

• MBA in Project Management and/or certifications in Project Management (PMP); certifications in methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or BPM
