Principais responsabilidades

  • Prepare, review, and file sales and use tax returns for multiple states and local jurisdictions

  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of sales tax liabilities

  • Reconcile sales tax data between accounting systems and tax filings

  • Monitor filing calendars and compliance deadlines

  • Assist with sales tax registrations, notices, and correspondence with tax authorities

  • Maintain organized and complete tax documentation for clients

  • Support internal teams with sales tax questions and compliance matters

Requisitos técnicos

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • High level of responsibility and reliability with deadlines

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to handle repetitive and compliance-driven tasks consistently

  • Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and tax data
